Children aged 5 and over can book with Primary Sports and education: HAF places are booked through Eequ, All other places are booked directly with Primary Sport and Education.
We work in partnership with Primary Sports and Education to offer holiday places for children from the age of 2 years old. The School operate and manage bookings for children from the start of the term after their second birthday until the end of their reception year. Primary Sports and Education operate and manage bookings for children from the September when they move into Year 1.
Please note that during August, your child will still need to book for the year group that they were in for the current school year, school years start on 1st September each year.
Because staffing ratios are different, the cost of places for children of different ages is also different.
From the start of the term after the child's second birthday - this is a 2 year old place. Some children will have turned 3 years old.
From the start of the term after the child's third birthday - this is a 3/4 year old place.
From the 1st September when the child starts their Reception year - this is a 5 year old, or Reception age place.
From the 1st September when the child starts their Year 1 - please book with Primary Sports and Education. If there is a reason you feel your child would be better suited to the School's holiday club, please contact us to discuss this.
In the Christmas, Easter and Summer holidays, both the School and Primary Sports and Education offer HAF places to eligible children. these places are only available to children of school age. Click on the link for further information.
We operate our Holiday Clubs throughout the year. We do not currently open on Fridays as there isn't enough demand (get in touch if you'd be interested!). We are open Monday to Thursday every 'full week' of holiday (not Bank Holidays), ie if the term ends on a Wednesday, we'd be open the following week. During the Christmas Holidays this may vary depending how dates fall.
We are able to offer lunches during the Christmas, Easter and Summer Holidays.
